Wine Tasting
This seated, educational-style tasting is led by one of our Trusted Experts. You and your guests will be guided through a flight of six to seven wines. This tasting is accompanied by cheese and charcuterie boards with fresh baguette. Additional appetizer bites are available upon request for an additional price. You will have the option to choose your own wines, pick a theme, or leave it up to your host and be surprised!
Wine & Cheese Tasting
A Wine & Cheese Tasting is a seated, technical-style event led by one of our Trusted Experts, where you and your guests will be guided through a flight of six to seven wines. Your tasting will be accompanied by fresh baguette and individual cheeses paired expertly with each wine. Additional appetizers may be available upon request for an additional cost. You will have the option to choose your own wines, pick a wine theme such as “Old World” or “New World,” or leave the selection to your host.
Elevated Premium Pairing Experience
A truly elevated experience, this exclusive Premium Food Pairing event will be hosted by one of our Trusted Experts. You'll be led through a flight of premium hand-selected wine, beer or spirits, each expertly paired with a delicious haute cuisine menu item prepared by our Executive Chef, Max Labhardt and the Willow Park Wines & Spirits' kitchen team OR by guest chef David Singleton, of Home by David. You and your guests will discover the intricate art of pairing and be left with a deeper understanding and appreciation for flavours, styles, and textures.

Scotch Tasting
Led by one of our Scotch Trusted Experts, a Scotch Tasting is a seated technical tasting that will discuss the tastes, aromas and history of your selected flights of scotches or whiskies. A typical flight consists of six sample sized pours and is accompanied by fresh baguette, cheese and charcuterie boards. This is the perfect way for scotch lovers to discover a new favourite!
Beer Tasting
Our exclusive, made-to-order Beer Tasting event offers you the opportunity to explore over 500 unique brews. Led by a knowledgeable Beer Trusted Expert, you'll embark on a flavourful journey, discovering the stories behind each beer while savouring expertly paired fresh baguette and a selection of cheeses.
